Refund & Return Policy

At AuralixShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Process & Shipping Costs

To start a return, contact us at info@AuralixShop.com or via WhatsApp at +34 673 073 506.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, AuralixShop will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our hub in Morocco.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on any returns.

3. Return Address

Approved returns must be mailed to our logistics headquarters:

4. Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
